Fastening of SkanDek to stringer

When the SkanDek diaphragm function is utilized the SkanDek panels can, as a rule absorb 5kN/m in both directions. In certain cases, the panels can transfer up to 10 kN/m in both directions, which might require a more detailed calculation, as well as criteria for the use of the building.

Fastgørelse af tagskive.

Ved fastgørelse af tagskiven i stringeren, er afstanden fra skive til underlag af stor betydning for skivens stabilitet. På SkanDeks elementer er det den øverste trapezplade, der fungerer som skive og derfor bør afstanden herfra til stringeren være mindst mulig.

Der er væsentlig forskel på højden af de traditionelle SkanDek elementer og SkanDek GreenLine. Derfor anbefaler vi forskellige detaljeløsninger for fastgørelse til stringeren, for de to elementtyper. Se de respektive undermenuer i rullemenuen til venstre.

Embedded steel.

SkanDek can be fastened with either powder driven shooter nails to cast-in-concrete steel rails or to HTU drill-in channels with self-tapping screws or shooter nails.

Fastening to cast-in-concrete steel rails.

Fastening with shooter nails into fast-in-concrete steel rails is very fast and efficient.
The concrete walls can works as stringers with a rebar connection system or being welded together. A steel angle can also work as stringer.

SkanDek recommends using powder driven shooter nails like Hilti X-ENP-19-L15 or Spit PPS HSBR14.
