Check List for Installation<\/h1>\n

This check list is a guide and SkanDek A\/S cannot be held responsible for potential deficiencies.<\/p>\n

  1. Please contact our Production Technical Department for the loading schedule MINIMUM 3 working days before installation<\/strong>. Click here to send a mail to PTD, and a loading schedule<\/a> will be prepared – OK ?<\/li>\n
  2. Check and measure the building. Remember to do cross measurements-OK?<\/li>\n
  3. Mark module of the elements on the abutment before instalment \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  4. Ensure that stringers\/steel beams are correctly placed for attachment of the SkanDek panels \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  5. Lay the first panel – spend extra time to make sure this panel is correctly placed \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure that the abutment is minimum 100 mm thick \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  7. Fasten the panel with single shot nails at each end \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  8. Use a spacer to achieve the correct distance between the panels. There should be 16 mm between the joints \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  9. Continue point 6-8 until you come up against a wall.<\/li>\n
  10. Ensure that the panels are properly fastened to the stabilising walls \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  11. Fasten the SkanDek panels according to the instructions in the Installation Folder \u2013 OK?<\/li>\n
  12. At the longitudinal joints, you must make sure that the bethyl band adheres properly so the vapour barrier is tight between the panels \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  13. At the end of a panel, and where the panels come up against a wall, you must make sure that the vapour barrier overlap is fastened correctly according to SkanDek\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Installation Folder \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  14. Reinsulate at the longitudinal joints and mount the lock plates according to the instructions in the Installation Folder \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  15. Install compression-proof [isolation (20 mm or 50 mm) in the longitudinal joints according to the instructions \u2013 OK?<\/li>\n
  16. Install compression-proof isolation (20 mm or 50 mm) in the longitudinal joints according to instructions – OK?<\/li>\n
  17. Brand bottom cover in the longitudinal joints or shred the foil \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  18. Complete and isolate the end panels, and fit 3 metres long L brackets for abutment of the trapezoid plate \u2013OK?<\/li>\n
  19. Lay insulation and create modfalskiler from murkrone. Then secure bottom cover by burning or weld on roof foil.
    \nFor sheet roofs, both bottom- and top layer sheets are required
    \nFor foil roofs (Protan), one layer of roof foil is enough; however extra foil is needed ved modfalskiler\/perforations etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It is important to point out that a roof must NEVER be left before it is shredded. Roofs should ALWAYS be tight and closed when the workday is over.<\/p>\n

    When laying the roof in rainy conditions, the longitudinal joints should be shredded before laying the panels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Skudpistoler.<\/b><\/p>\n
