I det nationale Anneks skal man ligeledes sikre sig, at boliger og kontorlokaler opfylder en h\u00f8j egenfrekvens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Dynamiske laster fra personer kan f\u00e5 elementerne til at svinge\/vibrere. Jo st\u00f8rre egenfrekvens d\u00e6kket har, jo sv\u00e6rere vil det v\u00e6re at s\u00e6tte i svingninger. Hvis elementerne bliver sat i svingninger kan det virke ubehageligt for de personer, der f\u00e6rdes p\u00e5 etaged\u00e6kket. Kravet til egenfrekvensen b\u00f8r s\u00e5ledes afh\u00e6nge af, hvilken funktion lokalerne skal anvendes til. Hvis egenfrekvensen er st\u00f8rre end 8 Hz vil der normalt ikke v\u00e6re nogen svingningsproblemer. Hvis man som bygherre \u00f8nsker en egenfrekvens p\u00e5 over 8 Hz, vil dette ofte have stor konsekvens p\u00e5 \u00f8konomien, pga en kraftig for\u00f8gelse af b\u00e6rebj\u00e6lker i elementerne. Man b\u00f8r derfor overveje hvilken konsekvens det har for bygherren, hvis man sl\u00e6kker kravet fra 8 Hz til f.eks 5 Hz<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">De faktorer, der har st\u00f8rst indflydelse p\u00e5 elementernes egensvingninger er sp\u00e6ndevidden og egenlasten.
