It is therefore necessary to have a project coordinator, with the responsibility of coordinating the many activities, time schedules, organisation plans, communication lines and decision-making processes. More often than not it is the developer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s consultant who is responsible for the overall coordination.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">SkanDek Roof Element Factory will, on equal terms with the other element designers, forward material to the project coordinator for review, and any comments as a result of this review should be clear and coherent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">SkanDek prepares all designs in CAD programs based on the consultant\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s digital drawings.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Material which is always prepared by the consultants<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction designs (blueprints, cross sections and details in AutoCad format)<\/li>\n<li>Architect designs (blueprints, cross sections and details in AutoCad format)<\/li>\n<li>Static calculations for the construction (load distribution plans and descriptions)<\/li>\n<li>Descriptions of surfaces, fire regulations, internal fitting heights etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Design materials prepared by SkanDek<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Production designs of steel roof elements<\/li>\n<li>Numbered roof element designs<\/li>\n<li>Joining details for SkanDek elements based on the consultant\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s designs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Responsibility for Dimensioning<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Diaphragm- and curtain wall loads:<br \/>\nConsulting engineer<\/li>\n<li>Stringers and stringer powers:<br \/>\nConsulting engineer (e.g. edge stringers around diaphragm-fields)<\/li>\n<li>Mounting in concrete:<br \/>\nConsulting engineer (e.g. concrete anchors)<\/li>\n<li>Mounting in constructional steel<br \/>\nSkanDek (e.g. nails or screws into steel beams or cast steel rails)<\/li>\n<li>Mounting in wooden surfaces:<br \/>\nConsulting engineer.
